Sorry for the ES fans, but this is pathetic. If you genuinely want to search the property of anyone involved in a murder investigation, you do not show up unexpectedly at the front gate with Fox News filming in the background.
Miller greeted TV audiences with a smirk tonight when the Fox reporter led him into what was likely a pre-planned discussion of an alleged confrontation with Paul(us) Van der Sloot at his home yesterday. Apparently, Miller is also taking some enjoyment from his plans to "keep up the heat" on Van der Sloot to facilitate a search of his private property.
While I would expect and support any and all efforts by the Aruban authorities, now working in conjunction with the FBI to secure the proper warrants necessary to carry out a search of the property ... carrying on a sideshow that gets you face time on Fox News is no way to solve what is possibly a murder investigation.
It must be Carnival time in Aruba, because the circus is clearly in town.

I think at this point, TIM has overstayed his welcome and needs to go.
He is not getting on that property. He is not going to be allowed to search the well. The Arubans are sick of him so they are not going to help. He is not a cop, prosecutor, fbi or a resident. He is a paid search consultant. His job on this island was over a while ago. He like Jossy are just grandstanding at the expense of the Holloways, which makes me sick.
As for the search.
I would not let him on my property either.
Then I am hiding something you say. Well say it, but without a warrent or whatever they use, you have to prove it. I doubt she is in that well. PVS I would think after living on that island for 15 years knows where to get rid of the body. You know, the refiinery, the shark feeding area, even the landfill. But on his property? The cadaver dogs would have smelled her trace (at least I would think) when they were at the gate and at the neighbors.
He is in the legal field, I am too. No properly represented or sane person who's child is in trouble should ever let the police in willingly without a warrent. It keeps it all honest and good. I work for the good guys and I tell you I insist on warrents, so the family can not recant their permission, or say it was under extreme duress. And it happens more than you think, and the judge doesnt always play fair. We dread the Tim Millers, the p.i.'s. They innocently can muck up a case. If for any reason it looks as if the police is using Tim Miller, then everything he does is under the same scrutiny as the Aruban police (Just like in America) and trying to barge in without a warrent can be fatal, and it is all on camera for the courts to see.
Trust me, they are doing more harm than good in reguards to the court room, even or especially Aruba, where they are looking to give these kids a free pass.
He came to Aruba to search. He did that, now I feel it is time for him to go. If that well needs to be searched let the fbi whisper to the dutch police and have them look.
I want the idiot three to rott in hell like most of you, I just dont want a third world counrty conviction or viable evidence thrown out.

I remember sitting on a terras at the Salt and Pepper restaurant a few weeks ago.There was this tall man about 65 years of age wearing a ES tshirt boots and a cowboyhad.This man was so drunk,he asked a few ladies to dance with him,he was sitting at a table with two women and three teenagers.They were acting like a bunch of fools talking out loud etc.
You know its their own bussines if they want to be drunk in public but come on,they are not on vacation are they...

Well said coolbeans! This is exactly how I feel and couldn't put it into the same words as you have because I am too lazy to type all of that.
I wish these damn idiots, ES, Jossy, Ward, Nancy grace, Fox news would just damnwell let the FBI and LE look after this case. They are f'ing it up and will only have themselves to blame when Joran walks away freely.
Lets hope that FBI can get something out of this at this late stage in the investigation. The media is killing this case.

Says it was a hoax?!! then I read this: Disappointed? Don't be. If Mars did come close enough to rival the Moon, its gravity would alter Earth's orbit and raise terrible tides. (((Oh?!!)))
