Greta Van Sustern was just on Oreilly and said Tito Lacie will be on tonight with new exclusive information not yet reported. She speculated that it may have something to do with actual physical evidence in the case, her statement an obvious tease for her show.
She also claimed that Lacie has not yet even given her this information.

Update 2: I have had reports other than within the comments area that tonight's revelation could be that a male individual's DNA was found on Natalee Holloway's toothbrush. However, that information has not been confirmed. Also, it is my understanding that, even if true, it could have nothing to do with the case, and not even mean another individual, presumably a male used the toothbrush.
Heavy kissing, and/or oral sex could also result in male DNA being found on a woman's toothbrush.

As far as I can tell from the pictures posted on this blog several days ago, he was wearing his favorite blue plaid shirt (I assume it to be his favorite shirt because he wears it a lot). He was also wearing this shirt either the day of his arrest or at one of his early court appearances. So I don't think the investigators have this particular shirt, though I'm sure they could go ask him for it right now if they wanted it. He may even be wearing it as we speak.
My question...is there any way to tell when the toothbrush was last used or how long the "male DNA" has been there?

A toothbrush and male DNA theory - The MB kids were in and out of each others rooms and many did not even sleep in their own rooms. Natalee had roommates. One of the MB guys was probably hanging out with Natalee or one of the roommates in the room, used their bathroom and freshened up, and used her toothbrush. Teenage boys do things like this (ie, washing off and using others toothbrushes - icky - and it doesn't bother them a bit.) May be that simple.

Perhaps the housekeeper at the hotel used the toothbrush! Honestly, what a waste of time and speculation. Even if the DNA belonged to all three of the "suspects", what in the world would that prove? Oh and I love the comment that "oral sex is popular with teens these days", years ago it was taboo to talk about sex at all yet discuss oral sex. My quess would be oral sex has always been "popular", especially when trying to remain a "virgin". Never the less, I am appalled that anyone would even suggest that NH engaged in oral sex with virtual strangers! Please give the girl some dignity from this wild speculation.

"According to my Brother who is a Homocide Det the toothbrush is a dead issue. Could be anybodies her brother's, Jug's, it was in a hotel room could have picked up male DNA just sitting on sink, any of her male friends. He said and even if it was Joran's it would just mean if she went back to hotel she brushed her teeth, she must have been kissing him before that no big deal she did leave with him. So DNA on tooth brush means nothing."
From a poster on another blog. So apparently it could be something as simple as leaving the toothbrush on the sink. I doubt this is going to be of any use to authorities. But at least they are checking every angle.

Perhaps the "toothbrush" is a smokescreen. This might just be an excuse used by the FBI to gain access to the boys' DNA now in order to prevent anyone preventing them from getting it later should actual physical evidence turn up.
Given the way Aruba has handled this case, I would imagine that if, God forbit, Natalee's dead body turns up, they might somehow prevent the FBI from getting DNA from those losers.

What were they doing testing Natalie's tooth brush anyway. That's weird! All the things from the supects that they didn't test or bring in and all the waiting till the last minute and not searching in the right places and the procrastination. But they managed to test her toothbrush. What were they looking for.

Close you eyes y'all and pretend to be Natalee in her last hours. She must have gone thru mental and physical hell. Who are we to debate what kind of a person she was. We didn't even know her. Her parents and friends did and there is no evidence to SUGGEST THAT SHE WASN'T A WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING.
