Greta Van Sustern  was just on Oreilly and said Tito Lacie will be on tonight with new exclusive information not yet reported. She speculated that it may have something to do with actual physical evidence in the case, her statement an obvious tease for her show.

She also claimed that Lacie has not yet even given her this information.

Update 2: I have had reports other than within the comments area that tonight's revelation could be that a male individual's DNA was found on Natalee Holloway's toothbrush. However, that information has not been confirmed. Also, it is my understanding that, even if true, it could have nothing to do with the case, and not even mean another individual, presumably a male used the toothbrush.

Heavy kissing, and/or oral sex could also result in male DNA being found on a woman's toothbrush.

Everyone is asking why the gardner and the woman who lives near the Racquet Club have come forward now, and not earlier. Why did they wait so long to tell their stories?

Nancy Grace has just asked Masur "what reason would these witness have to make up these stories about seeing the 3 suspects near the Racquet Club. What reason do they have to lie?"

Well, it seems pretty obvious to me that money is talking. They have nothing to loose. If they are correct, they receive reward money for leading to the whereabouts of Natalee Holloway. If not, no one can prove they were right, wrong, or lying. There is just no evidence at that location.

So, why not now? I am surprised that people are even asking the question.

As for how did they know to wait? Well, there are rewards listed for many missing person cases in the Carribean. If a family is as desperate as the Holloway-Twitty's to find their daughter, it is only inevitable that, as time elapsed without finding her, that the ante would be increased.

They may even have been coached to wait, from someone who had some inside information that the family was considering changing the reward structure.

I am sure the gardner and the woman believe what they witnessed to be true.

(A - He would like for this to go away as it has brought out into the open his family's ties with the Mafia, B - His family owns half the island so they would stand to lose big time if tourism drops, C - He's a nice guy and Beth's courage has warmed his heart.) But, heck, I'm not knocking what he's doing, for whatever his reasons may be.

Interesting interview with the private investigator. For a long time I've thought things have occurred along the same lines he laid out. I think people will be very surprised at the extent of PVDS involvement and that of his connections.

I really don't believe his wife has a clue of what he and Joran and others have been involved in.

I feel for the Holloway/Twitty families and those remaining students that were on the trip. What a thing to have to live with for the rest of your lives. Not that anything is their fault its just that you will probably always second guess about things that you coulda, woulda, shoulda done.

LOL - he wants the FBI off the island. CNN stated that right now there is only 1 FBI agent and he/she is assigned to liason for the Twittys. However, more are involved in the case up at Quantico

Last night Greta was the #1 rated cable news program on TV beating the once thought invincible Oreilly Factor by amost 300,000 viewers. It is the 4th of 5th time she has been #1 in the last two weeks.

On the teaser just now Greta indicated that the info had something to do with why the Kalpoes and Joran had to give DNA samples, so I would assume it is the toothbrush. Also, there can be a lot of explanations as to why male dna could end up on her toothbrush from sharing a cup with someone, to kissing; so this really won't tell us anything at all, unless it is one of the kalpoes or Jorans DNA.

Well one more blunder of the Aruba LE..waiting 2 months to get DNA to match DNA on a toothbrush of Natalee's they've probably had for 2 months.. But like Jug said, it has taken them weeks and weeks to question people.. is this incompetence or pure ignorance? The DNA on the toothbrush is probably from kissing or either from her brother. Why didn't they get that DNA when the Kalpoe's were still in jail?? This makes no sense. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if these "new" witnesses aren't new afterall.. The police just hasn't bothered to question the neighbors, etc. of the area near Natalee's motel.

The first thing that crossed my mind when Greta talked about the male DNA on Natalee's toothbrush was oral sex.

I understand that among young people today oral sex is much more prevelant than ever before among teens. I have heard that Natalee was very religious and not likely to have had sex outside of marriage or at least outside of love. Could she have fallen prey to the Bill Clinton popularized idea that oral sex is not sex?

I hope this is an incorrect thought, but I post it because it is a possibility. Maybe these Mountain Brooke kids are being tight lipped for more than wanting to avoid publicity (pun intended).

honestly, I just do not see Natalle having anything of that nature to do with these 3 guys. Much less going off with 3 guys by herself as well.

I doubt that LE is suggesting that NH had oral sex with either of the 3 boys based on the toothbrush DNA. The probability is that they are going to exclude the 3 as being the male that NH may have had oral sex with sometime before the time she went missing. Semen DNA is very strong DNA source.

Who says it was oral sex? There are so many explanations for how someone's DNA can end up on a toothbruhs it is absurd. It could have been something as harmless as sharing a drink with someone.

John Walsh was inocrrect on one thing. The Dutch have an amazing facility. I saw a discovery special on how they caught a serial killer who crossed over countries into America. It was an awsome special. I love those kind of shows.
It is the Arubans who suck shit. Up until now I think the Dutch did not give a rats ass about this case. Now that the FBI is involved so are they.

I dont think dna from kissing or from sharing a drink could survive inside a person's mouth long enough to be transfered to and found later on a tooth brush. If that was the case, every time someone gave an oral dna sample it would and could be possibly, theoretically tainted. Oral sex or her sharing her toothbrush with some guy seem more likely answers. I doubt it's her brother's dna as someone said, because wouldn't the cops have ruled that out due to the male dna being similar or dissimilar to natalee's.

If Joran's DNA were on that toothbrush that would be great news for him. Would show that he and NH were great pals. Close enough for her to have him in her room and use her toothbrush. Personally I would doubt that his DNA is on that toothbrush. Need to know whose it is though to put that baby to rest.

Well, I'm no expert, but I would think that it could certainly survive long enough to get transfered on to a toothbrush, it just depends on when whatever it is happened, happened. Anyways, if it were semen they found, then the attorney probably would have said so.

Well since this is scientific evidence and not opinion, the size and strenth of the foreign DNA on the toothbrush will tell the tale. Not much question about that.
