RWV broke the 2 Million visit mark sometime today - nearly all of those since June 2nd when I began coverage of the Natalee Holloway disappearance.
Averaging two page views per visit, the web log is now approaching 4 million page views in that time.

Congrats Dan.
And I know that you would gladly give up every single hit if it meant this sad event never happening.
Thanks for helping keep Natalee out there.

You have a great website. I too rely on it for info on the NH story. I've been hooked since mid June.
It's obvious you put a lot of time into it and it's appreciated.
Thanks and congratulations!!

Just Imagine,
It has appearred that some in ARUBA may have wanted this story to die AWAY
by the tactic of casual DELAY...... !
But, to their chagrin and utter DISMAY
There are just more stories EVERYDAY!
Later, some will have MORE to say,
And tomorrow will be worse than TODAY!!!

In all that you do, Dan, I wish you the best! You've been my top-notch reporter in this case and I've relied on you for nearly ALL of my updates to go back to the forums with. Thanks again for following this case and for getting the word out on the Groene case in the day or so prior to Shasta being found. I still can't help but wonder if your posting her site had anything to do with her being found.
Lots of Love from afar,
Misty and the JP crew

Carnivorous Conservative has come a long, long way. It was one of the best even then. I miss the satire and the photoshop fun, but this is much more important in every way. Thank you for your hard work, Danno.

Way to go, Dan!
Before I did a search on Natalee, I didn't even know what a blog was.
Thanks for getting the facts out there so quickly. Many times, I read stuff here first and turn on the news, only to find them reporting it hours later.
Keep up the great work!

Good "show" old chap! May you continue to flourish Mr. Dan! People know a good "source" once they find it - I found you months ago and I don't link to many places for individual daily stops - maybe 6-10 (not counting organizations). Hopefully the "hype" is real and everyone stays with you!

I've been reading from the beginning of NH disappearance. I too did not know what a blog was and although I don't have time to shoot the breeze, I will probably continue to check here for news and observation. It's been interesting.

Congrats big fella!! We're so proud of you (and extremely grateful...with the exception of those late-night riddles!)!!
Wow...wouldn't it be nice if each visitor donated a mere $1? We could eliminate those long distance phone bills and have you working on the ground in Aruba!

Well, I'm certainly proud of my little Dan. Overall, the traffic is a good thing, because it shows that people DO care about the issues you present. Unfortunately, some of them are lurkers and tabloid types, but hey, you can't win em all. The good outweighs the bad, so keep your head up, Mister!

Many thanks to you Dan--
first time blog user as well--still just getting my feet wet but i am definitely hooked. i have come here just about everyday for 2 months & have depended on this site to stay up to date on information. I cant really explain why this terrible tragedy has caught the attention of so many of us but i feel in my heart that i must continue to pray, and support natalees family. Prayers are answered--we may not like the answer but the truth is there and we need to press on in order to find it.
Great job Dan in keeping this discussion going--even if you do post anonymously as alleged by someone in 131--so what LOL--all comments (well almost) can be relevant in this discussion as long as it gets our brains spinning and focused on finding answers.
