Fox TV News is buzzing over an alleged confession in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. However, when asked about the news, Fox host Greta Van Sustern was careful to qualify the potential development.
The Caribbean-based publication, Dario is said to reporting the "confession." Details known at this point suggest that Joran Van der Sloot at some point confessed to burying Natalee Holloway with the asistance of Deepak Kalpoe. That is unconfirmed in a story already too long on hype and short on hard news.
This "new" report could refer back to a previous confession said to have been made by Joran v d Sloot early on in the investigation, and consequently not really be a new development.
A reporter from Dario is scheduled to be on Fox News with Greta Van Sustern sometime after 10PM EST. The story is also expected to be updated on Fox's Hannity and Colmes within the hour.

Interesting...

Fox News does not have jack didley. If they did then they would have already broken into regularly scheduled programming to scoop the other networks.

"F" Fox for being so ignorant as to pump this not story. Shame on them for being so shady. JustMe is right. They don't have shit. If they did, they'd share it not tease it. This is bull.

Yeah, I believe that what Fox is talking about is from Joran's FIRST confession, or something like that. While I really like Greta and her coverage of this story, and like the fact that Fox is keeping the coverage alive, I do not want to get my hopes up about something that may not really be a big break.

I know how to get a confession out of Joran. What you need to do is throw Abraham Jones and Mickey John into a prison cell with him. The fear of having them give him a double-dose of Chocolate Thunder, lovin' like he's never ever seen before, would scare him into telling the truth.

Howard:
There is only one problem with your theory.
My guess is that Joran would probably like the chocolate thunder and lie to stay in prison rather than leave.

After seeing Fox tonight, I have to believe that the confession story is accurate. I still feel positive that Joran will be held and hopeful that the brothers will be re-arrested. Did anyone catch on Fox when Jossy said that when Joran made that statement, he claimed that Joran said, "WE buried the body"? I have no doubt the brothers were involved. Anxiously awaiting tomorrow's outcome.

Somehow I feel that this is different. I think it is a matter of hours before Joran goes on record as confessing. Thank god this is almost over! Now Natalee's parents can rest in peace and we can put that f&*@er away for good!

It was said Joran and the older brother buried Natalee in the neighborhood of Fishermenhuts. When the brothers confronted Joran, the brothers went crazy on him and denied what Joran said. After that Joran did not give his cooperation either to the Detectives who were investigating. Joran may've been told the brothers had confessed, and felt he had to confess too. After Joran found out it wasn't true, Joran would not cooperate any longer. I believe Joran was telling the truth, but backed down.

PErsonally I think that the liberals, i.e. Kerry, Kennedy, Dean, etc. and other commies, had something to do with this. Think about it. Holland is a liberal socialistic nation. The American Democrats are liberal socialistic punks. Natalee, however, is a beautiful young conservative girl from Alabama who was going on to great things. Why *wouldn't* those Democratic A-holes want to see her dead? Somehow they conspired with there dope-smoking Dutch buddies to do away with this girl.
Very sad.

Typing fast from both news stations:
Flipping between Fox and CNBC.
Nat's mom is on both stations. Her feelings towards PVDS is that she strongly believes he has information on Natalee, especially after leaving his house that night. She appreciates the continued support of everyone. Reference was made that they should look into any evidence a boat could have been involved. Text messages and statemnets don't matter, they need a body or proof of murder. Missing isn't enough to convict. They continue to have hope and want justice for nNatalee and that she should be returned home.

The evidence isn't the biggest problem, it's a "Judge problem". Geoffrey Feiger (criminal defense atty) says that they should be looking for evidence on a boat, he feels that she's in the water, and sadly she probably won't be found.

The problem is that I'm gettin' angry at some liberals right about now and want to go out and whup some liberal a$$ (sorry about the language, Dan, but those libs just steam me under the collar).

Forensic diving obviously hasn't found any evidence yet. Equusearch is NOT leaving the island on Wed. as previously thought. Using all resources and will remain on the island a little longer. Ground penetration unit will be used on the sandy island. Many more places to be searched.

I think the US Marine Corps should invade, send those Arubian f*&^ers over to Curacao temporarily, and then have some good ol' American law enforcement comb that island. We'd find out the truth in no time! Then we could send the bill to those gawddamned liberal Dutch drug lovers.

Acc'd to CNBC, obstruction on justice can be used and hopefully, rearresting the brothers will give them incentive to talk and turn on Joran.

The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch (CNBC) says we should all boycott Aruba, especially after hearing Nat's mom apologizing for the comments she made last week. He found it appalling.

Time for the good ol' USA to whip some BOOTIE!
Time to throw those dope-smoking fiends out of our back yard. Haven't those ARubians heard of the Monroe Doctrine? We don't have to put up with Dutch commie bullshit in the Caribean.
Throw em the F out!

Dan wrote "This "new" report could refer back to a previous confession said to have been made by Joran v d Sloot early on in the investigation, and consequently not really be a new development."
It was stated that the confession was given the 2nd day of Joran's arrest and detention, ie whenever that was in min-June.
They've known for a month. And yes, it is just additional info added to what was "leaked" and retracted or denied or glossed over weeks back.
There is simply no excuse for having allowed the grief and the misdirection, and undirected searching waste of resources. All in US dollars spent on Aruba, of course.

Uh, Chuck..?
Then there'd be more DOPE for you?
Oh, never mind.

A couple of things came to my mind when I heard that report.
1. Perhaps they did bury her there, but they new "daddy" was taking care of her permanent location of rest so they didn't care. They knew there wasn't a body there anyway.
2. Perhaps they leaked the article because they were trying to see if the Kalpoe's would react since they were implicated as being there and aiding in the burying process.
3. Tim Miller said that there were a number of spots that could have been recent "graves" near there and that they were going to be doing a lot more ground inspections near there.
I believe a lot of the effort has been focused more on particular ground areas that the police gave Tim's team to look at versus being able to actually comb the entire island themselves. A lot of the initial searches were done by the Aurban volunteers and guests on the island that volunteered. The Texas team focused a lot more on the water searches and a few specific ground areas (like the dump, the quarry and of course they were kept from searching some key areas like the VdS home and Kalpoe home). However, even if they do search there and the dogs pick up a slight scent, I suspect PVdS has long taken care of the body.

Time to incorporate Jesse jackson into the Aruban people's minds;

Here's a simple letter for anyone to send to our President. Do a copy and paste; insert your name where relevant and let's hope for the best.
Dear Mr. President,
The case of Natalee Holloway has far reaching implications other than a single american high school student murdered overseas. It is a case in which many americans have bonded with the family and also together to try and get the family answer and abide by international faith that justice will be served.
For us as a nation to side step this one isolated incident will most certainly show other countries that they can do the same thing. Being a President is more than dealing with foreign politics; it is only the ability of a leader to stand up for one person; and that will show other countries that we are united and will not fall. Your help in this incident will allow the many US citizens to fight for what is right; knowing that our President will aid us if we fall. This also gives us the desire to fight w/o you by our side; because we know if we begin to fall the rest of the nation, including the president will be there.
Remember, if one nation see's Aruba win over the masses of US citizens fighting this cause; then many more nations will eventually follow what Aruba has done.
Sincerely,
