Many people write and ask for places to send thoughts or contributions in support of Natalee Holloway and her family.
I cannot host such an endeavor here. Nor will I link another "start up" endeavor in that regard. And, in my opinion, it cannot be hosted by a site that takes tips or donations for "administration" or any other fee associated with maintaining the site.
If someone knows of a legitimate non-profit site run by the genuine friends and or family of Natalee Holloway, I'll be happy to link it. But any "letter writing" campaigns, or so forth, would also need to be done by another site.
When this web logging effort took hold, it did not happen because I was an advocate for "Natalee," excepting that what I felt she and her family certainly deserve is the truth - whatever that is. That, and only that continues to be to what I am ultimately committed.
On another note, if I ever find the time and the know how to include a paypal link here - I'll do it to help offset what are becoming increasingly large LDS bills. Though whether I get to it or not will not alter the effort. That, alone, is reason enough for me to not get directly involved as an "advocacy site" of the type many seek.
If some from Alabama that read here know of an appropriate advocacy site, email me and I'll do what I can to make it available to readers and to those who email.
UPDATE: I believe these links below are legitimate.

Most people probably know about this site - at the bottom of the page there's a financial institution.
Linked removed.
Sorry Chrys - I'd prefer to not link to pop-up banners and such in this regard.

Dan, I think the best place to do that is through the email address that the church in Mountain Brook got started.
And the best and only family authorized place to send funds to help with the search or help with family expenses is the trust fund set up at Amsouth Bank that you already have the address for.
If people want to send you Paypal donations to help offset the site cost they can simply send it to your email address.
To collect, you will need a paypal account. (A valid credit card and a bank account will get you started.)

Dan,
What about a site at Ebay?
They accept pay pal and the cost
would only be for a small administration
fee. Ebay would allow a window of opportunity
for small to large donations nation and world wide.
Just a thought...

I just learned that as the results of Paul van der Sloot training in Holland for a year he did not get the required recommendations to become a Judge and was not sufficiently educated to become a Judge, and that he was notified by the President of the Common Court of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba that he cannot function as a judge and has to look for another function it would be a great time to fire him from the Dutch civil service. Maybe during his honesty testing in the Netherlands he sweated like he did when questioned by Natalee’s mother. Why were his son and he hiding and not searching for Natalee being his son was the last to see her?

I would like to let Natalee's family know I am praying for their daughter's return. I watch the news every night-many evenings I watch it with my mother. This is one of the saddest stories I've every heard. I really hope Natalee is found soon.
I'm apawled that who is responsible has not had the guts to come forward for this grieving family's sake.
I believe she will be found and the guilty will be punished.
My heart goes out to the family of Natalee Holloway. I will continue to pray for them and for Natalee's return.

All power and praise be to the one true God and Creator.
I hope this helps.
I got a strong impression in early June that Natalee Holloway was not on the island and that she may have been over 100 miles SSE of
Aruba .
May the lord bless Natalee Holloway and all your efforts .
I claim this in the name of my lord Jesus Christ Amen and Amen.

IS THERE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND TIPS AND PSYCHIC IMPRESSIONS TO THE FAMILY, POLICE, FBI, ETC.??? I have not been able to find anything like that. I may have some an imp. clue as to her whereabouts!

To Mr. Holloway and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all everyday.
I know your hearts are heavy, however keep trust in Jesus. He hears, sees and knows all .
After the first month , I believe on Fox, they mentioned that a bone that appeared human was found, and there was mention of a yellow scrunchie and yellow underwear ?????? I haven't anymore, I guess no leads ??????? My wife and I pray daily that answers will surface.
My feelings are one or all of those three boys know something, maybe even one father / judge .
Hopefully the FBI can get to the bottom , prior to 9/4/05.
Has anyone been over physically to the neighboring islands ?
You and your family in our prayers;
Sincerely, Robert Covell

TO the Holloway Family
We are deeply affected by your tragedy. and are prayers are with you daily.
My mother made a Angel doll by hand in memory of Natelee and she would like to send it to you but she is not able to use the computer and it means a lot to her that you get it She lives in Oregon and I am in Michigan I told her I would try to find out so could you please let me know.
This hits close to home for us cause my brother was killed when he was 23 years old 30 years ago this year and they never found the person who shot him so her mind is on you every day. It would make her very happy to feel she did something she is 78.
If you want to call and verify this is legit I will be glad to give you my phone number

My heart breaks for Natalee's family. I have not the recent news concerning the suspects due to the coverage on Katrina. I am praying for Natalee's return and that those responsible will be brought to justice.

Dear Beth, Dave, Jug and Robin,
There are no words to help with your pain right now. All I know is that ONE DAY they will answer for what they have done, and I hope you will tell your story to us soon. I think Joran is still a "suspect" in hopes you won't talk, but the world needs to know what you have been through. I thank God for the awareness that Natalee has brought to the world, I only wish you could hold her in your arms again in this lifetime. You have the most precious angel anyone could have, and I am sorry for your unanswered questions and mostly for your loss.
Love Always,
Wendy Berry
