I bet you already knew about the moon phases impacting fishing, huh? ;)

I'm getting oner of those moonphase thingies.

er, I'm getting *one* of those moonphase thingies.

And an autospellcheck too!

Hear this one. A couple of years back an 18 year old Canadian boy (maniac)killed his girlfriend. He had to do a no body no crime in the shortest possible time because somebody could start asking for her any time. Like most criminals he quickly came up with a smart idea. He took the body to a cemetary and quickly put in in an old grave inside a coffin containing another very old body. He nicely closed the coffin and the lid of the grave and everything around the looked original. He had just carried out an incredible no body no crime. The girl got missing and he was a prime suspect. He came up with stories and strongly declared his innocence like most criminals do.He was detained and an investigation was carried out but nothing was found to link him with the disappearance and no body was found. He was eventually released due to lack of evidence. However someone would not take it, they were convinced the boy did so the decided to use unorthodox methods to get the truth . I am not at liberty to reveal the details. The got the truth from the boy, went to the grave and found her body. DNA tests were carried out and the boy's DNA matched what was found on the body including finge prince on the grave/cofin. The question is what lessons do we learn from this? I learned the following: 1. the legal investigative framework and tools need to be reviewed. It is allowing murderers to go scott free. All a murderer needs to do is to ensure he achieves a no body no crime.
2.Natalee's case is very similiar to this one that is if she was not kidnapped but died at the hands of those boys.

What?

c'mon

No body no crime is the stupidest law I have ever heard. I am glad that the US does not have that law. Its about time some of these countries review their laws. If they don't the UN should take a look at putting laws in for tourist destinations. If these countries want to take our money for tourism they better be able to keep the tourists safe.

The UN? HA HAHAhahahahaha

Dear Gang:

First and foremost, thank you for being such a class act. Without question your blog imbues the dignity, integrity, and compassion that defines who you are, and I thank you for that. Thank you.

I have a question that has been bothering me since the posting of the photo where Ms. Natalee Holloway appears to be dancing either on the stage-dance floor, or the bar. Either of these two positions are rather mute to me insofar as stage-dance floor-bar all intersect at one point at Carlos N’ Charlie’s.

The photograph: Indeed my biggest hang up is what is the image that is limiting the full view of Natalee’s arm? The position in which she is dancing with her arm pointed down, quite openly; there is nothing that should be obscuring the view of her entire arm. I have view this photo perhaps the way everyone did, with much scrutiny from every angle possible. It does not appear to me that Lee Broughton’s head is tall or large enough to be the culprit. It does appear that there is someone or something else either on the inside of the main male and Ms. Broughton, or on the other side just to the right of Natalee.

Basically I am unable to match this obstruction with any other thing that may or may not be in the picture. What are your feelings and observations?

rabroy - ???????? i'm not quite sure what your point is, but i live in canada, and i have never heard of a boy burying his gf, and here in canada, and being an eager reader/viewer when it comes to true crime, i'm sure that this would be all over the news. and why are you not at liberty to reveal details? are you kidding me? if this case has been solved, why and how are you privy to info that cannot be disclosed?

i'm getting a little sick of the "no body, no crime" bit...no body and no confession only makes the investigators/prosecutors jobs more difficult...there does not need to be a body to convict (remember the bain case in toronto? the girl who went missing, her bf was charged, he was released, argued that paul bernardo could have easily been her killer, but is now going to have to go through another trial, and no body has ever been found, and there has been no confession?)

sorry raboy, but i'm confused..... ...
