A Tragedy Of Ethics?

Concerned with the discrepancies reported here, I reached out to multiple, reliable sources in an effort to attempt to understand how such a disparity of facts could appear within a case drawing so much of America's, as well as Aruba's attention.

What I discovered was both surprising and disappointing, to say the least.

Absolutely reliable sources, also confirmed to be in a position to know, suggest that Private Investigator T. J. Ward appears to have had no solid basis for his claims of having an eyewitness who identified the car of Deepak Kalpoe near the area of the Racquet Ball Club and pertinent neighborhood at some point soon after the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.

In speaking with multiple sources the image which emerged was of an individual who is charging the family of Natalee Holloway a sum said to be approximately $125 an hour for efforts which seem to yield significantly more success in thrusting the Private Investigator into the limelight, as opposed to resolving the disappearance of the lovely young Alabama girl.

When questioned as to what might be his possible motivations, reliable sources who have interacted with the private investigator behind the scenes claim that his primary goals seem to be client growth and self-promotion.

While Natalee Holloway continues to go missing, some claim to have heard Ward bragging about his almost nightly television appearances and apparently he has already begun to talk about a potential book deal.

Latest reports from an additional source indicate that Ward is now claiming to be going back to Aruba and may have the case solved in as little as a few days. As far as obstacles to his progress he seems to primarily blame the lack of co-operation on the part of Arubans in helping him gain information.

Some sources on the island insist that he has likely had every courtesy extended to him in that regard and they seem shocked at what he is reporting to audiences watching American Television.

Information for this article was gathered from known, reliable sources, both in Aruba and America.

As I posted before..T.J.Ward flew down to
Aruba before he was even hired by the Family.
He basically went down there to help "this
poor family" (Choke, cough) He is full of
bull..and only there for himself.

They need to fire this loser now!! Let him
write a book..how he was fired because he lied
and mis-quoted a witness.

What I find very sad..is how many folks take
advantage of people who are emotionally distraught..and try to make a buck out of their
grief.

And as far as arubians go...that entire island
has bent over backwards for this family!!

thanks dan for the update. and for anyone who gets disapponted at dan's updates (and his teasers) - what do you expect him to report? that he has solved the case, and he'd let us all know about it first, before the authorities? appreciate every tidbit of info you get on natalee here (confirmed or otherwise), since it's the most straighforward and consistent around.

good point. in all of the cases i've seen where a pi has been used, i've never seen them in the limelight until after they were done with the case (and even then, coming out from the shadows doesn't happen often). could be he's been a distraction, a voice for the family, or an idiot.

Please folks - take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Maybe the Twitty family knew full well the 'witness' was BS.

Many of you stated Beth did not seem to be disturbed by being asked to leave the search site. (If I thought my daughters body was there - I would be in my mud boots and digging in).

If I were Beth Twitty and I were facing BS from the LE at every turn, AND I was facing the possibility of the media dying down - and let's face it, that is the only thing that has kept Aruban and Dutch officials even remotely interested in solving this case - I would hire a PI and ask him to stir up anything he could to keep up the public interest and media attention.

Maybe the 'poor family' has decided to fight fire with fire, at least I hope so.
