I have been saying that we are much too obsessed with this case, to the exclusion of other missing persons cases.

But that website is filthy. I could only look at so much and then I closed the windows. Sick and disgusting.

I agree that the site is disgusting, but....censorship will begin with sites like that and end up with sites like yours. The key to disgusting stuff is...don't go visit it. All viable things have to have a market to survive. If there is no market--they die. Much better than having a Nazi type censorship organization to decide what is and is not correct for me to view.
As I said about the f*ck natalie site, they will get theirs anyway because life has a way of doing it.
What happens if a bunch of people get enough protest against your site because....
Again, please don't mistake what I am saying. I know there is a vast difference between you and that site, but... our society is very capable of being massively swayed as one only needs to watch MSM and see how the public is led through the nose. Ignore it and it WILL go away. No clicks..what happens? They will either disband the site or it will lay there moot and wasted, just like the mind that created it.

I think you should not have even posted that site.. NOW that you did ppl are just clicking on it to see whats wrong with it..if your didnt link your readers to it- how many of us would have found that on our own?..probabaly ZERO...
there are endless evils and wrongs everyday and we cant fight the world...it will never end..been here since the beginning of time, in different ways...and will be with us till the end...so ignore it..and most of all dont POST it! And where the "toothbrush" report closed with the nice imagery of oral sex, when it was just as possible that any man grabbing the handle of the toothbrush could have left a DNA trail?

It's not freedom of speech - its libel. Freedom of speech does not allow you to dafame someones character or state opinions as a fact. If they had said "in my opinion she is a whatever" then it might be freedom of speech - right now its libel pure and simple.

Besides many places do not have a constitution guaranteeing freedom of speech as we do in the US. I have no idea if Aruba does but if so its in the minority.

This is not libel. What a country this would be if you had to say "in my opinion" before you gave your opinion.

The site is not actionable. I'm not going to get in the details of defamation. If you don't understand, just let me know, and I'll go further.

get a sense of humor. Obviously the site author is trying to get a rise. the way to win is by not reacting at all. do you realize that whoever made this site is going to be extremely happy when he/she finds out that there's a link here and a movement to censor?? He/she won, because you all got muffed.

I personally thought it was distasteful, but it didn't bother me. I got the joke. my feelings weren't hurt, and i could care less about it.

What is really amazing is someone spent so much time generating the site and filling in the registration information. This person has absolutly no life. I bet it's parents are proud.
