Some additional information has come in since my earlier update here.
When I suggested that EquuSearch may have indicated to the family that there could be a develpment soon, that was correct. Though speculative at best, they apparently have managed to identify what appear to be container(s) on the bottom which require a closer look as one could be used to dispose of a body. None of the information I've learned would lead me to get overly optimisitc. Nothing can be known until these containers can be inspected more closely. Rough waters may have hindered that operation today.
Also, and this is part opinion based upon reliable feedback - but there should be at least some concern that there is more PR being done by the Dutch and Aruban authorities to support the search for Natalee Holloway, than effective action on the ground.
Along with being unclear what role the F-16's can really play given where the search rests today, the promise of the Dutch Marines being involved have proven to be little more than talk at this point. My last information suggests that when they were contacted by individuals close to the search, it was relayed that they were busy on "maneuvers" and would get to it, eventually. To the best of my knowledge, no time frame was suggested for when that might be.

I wouldn'thold my breath on anything Tim Miller says. This is the 4th container they've found and they had no luck with the others. I think when he's interviewed he trys to be hopeful even when the don't have any news.

you people from aruba blaming natalee are not helping - is it kind of sucky her friends didn't look out for her more? sure and where were the chaperones? I odn't know - but 18 is a adult and anyways most likely natalee got in that care because she was given something by one of the three in jail now - and if you can't see what a mess aruba has made of this then I feel bad for you...................because aruba has screwed the poochie big time and probably let people get away with rape and murder

Nothing additional. Just that all three were transported out there in seperate vehicles. No follow up ... Jossy Mansur, when interviewed, did state that it was a 'standard procedure' for the polis to do that.

Why would you call the police if someone new your name??? (patti)

I agree with Patti's points of view. I found nothing inflammatory about them.
By the way, on a couple of occassions earlier in the week, there were indications on my computer that someone had hacked his or her way into my e-mail program and was reading my personal mail. Each time it happened, I was on this site reading postings regarding Natalee.

TO ALL: try putting your email address into google, then you will realize that maybe you don't want to write your real email in the email box in this blog. People can find out alot of information about someone if they want too. Addresses, phone numbers, names....depending on where else you've posted yr email on the web...

Just my Canadian thought. Let Joran van der Sloot go,and watch how fast the Kalpoe brothers sing. They are not going to do the time for his crime. I think he got them involved after she was dead.

FOXNEWS has photos of the beach where N was probably last. The 3 boys were taken to the beach this a.m. in what may have been an attempt to reconstruct the crime scene. Some legal experts are saying that maybe this indicates a confession. I find that optimistic, but perhaps some forward motion here? This just came on tv a very short while ago

They should have taken the three men at night and at different times and had each man describe what happened that night.
They should take the three of them outside in a car, one at a time, at night and ask them to show them where to go.
Where did you drive to? Where did you park? Who got out? Where did you drive to next? Where did you leave off Joran? What road did you take?
Don't just ask them questions. Take them outside and drive.
Did Natalee ever get out? Where?
Can the two brothers give a close to exact route with stops? Have they taken them out for a ride?
Have they taken Joran out and asked him exactly where he left the girl?
Where did he depart from the other two? There is good reason (text message) to believe they departed. Show me the location! Where exactly did you depart from each other? Show me physically not by verbal answers.

they did h & t today. Night might have made a difference emotionally but easier to see in the day for investigators. I think they just want to see if the three stories jive. Any news on this anyone?

It is so incredibly hard for me to understand that someone can vanish without a trace in such a small place. It is also hard for me to understand that seasoned professional investagators can not get truths from separated suspects which are 17, 18, and 26 and not charge admitted liars at least for their lies.
UNLESS, a creamation took place. Thus, "No Body, No Crime".
I do not believe and someone correct me if I am wrong that sharks can digest a plastic id or shoes. I would think gastric juices could cause fabric/threads to fall apart. At some point would they not regurgitate un-digestible items back into the water? Looking forward to hear what is in these containers the Texas Group saw.
Thank you Proudneck, for the information on the fellow found in the cemetary. Crematory is an incinerator.
These three in custody could be telling the truth (now) to the point they know it. There has to be someone who has connections on the island who took it from there. Probably the author of "No Body, No Crime".

Some way people are harrasing visitors to your site if they don't agree with thoughts about the media etc. Have you been getting other reports?

I think this is all ridiculous. When last did the US Marines and Airforce send soldiers and F15's in search of a missing person. Millions of dollars are being spent for one woman who basically acted irresponsibly. So much for red state God fearing morality.

"UNLESS, a creamation took place. Thus, "No Body, No Crime"."
Wow never thought of that, it certainly would explain why Natalee and her belongings have not been found. Wonder if the FBI has considered that as a possibility. BUT the 3 boys wouldn't have known how to creamate a body they would had to have someone who knew where and how to do something like that.

I hate people from the USA who think they know somehting about The Netherlands just by watching the Fox news. I am proud being Dutch, and your country has much more criminals then ours. You don't have the right to say only bad things about our country because your country is even more criminal and bad. Softdrugs is legal here so we can keep it in control, we have a much better healthcare system than your country has, We don't have a law that allow us to have guns and take them in our purse. Drinking isn't allowed under 18. Smoking isn't allowed under 16. We learn what could happen if you do bad things, you don't. You only say, don't do it, it's bad. And guess what? Some young people here thinks it's cool to form a gang because they saw it on a American show. It's also cool these days here to do the same stunts as in your American show Jackass. As a result young people here get brain damage for life. But hey, in the Big USA everything is so cool! NOT! Take a look at your own country first before you put your finger to other country's, because you are not all that.
