Please, can we keep religious slurs or discussion out of this? This is about Natalee, and what's going on with her family. They profess a strong faith in Jesus Christ, so out of respect for them, don't bash their rock and savior. Everyone has a choice to choose their messiah, or reject religion. It has great meaning to those who derive hope and beauty in their lives. Since this is the case with Beth, Natalee's mom, please show some respect, even if you don't believe.

What I can tell you is that it is not "bum" information. It also does not tell you anything will be found for certain. It tells you what you might know if you were riding in a truck by a quarry on Aruba having just left a small press gathering.

yes I recall speaking with you. I can only tell you that is has long been felt that she was brought back to VDS apt. Never to the beach as reported. She may of thought she was being taken back but passed out. One thing that the mother said is that Natalee was somewhat passing out and wanted to go back to her hotel.
I don't know if this will turn out to be her I am only praying for closure in one form or anther at this point.

To those who asked if Joran and possibly his Dad would be stupid enough to dispose of a body so close to their house, I say "YES"!!!! Many criminals do things right under the sight of LE simply because usually people expect criminals to be sneakier. Often, things are right under their eyes. There was a cold case of a missing girl whose body was eventually found in a trunk kept in the garage of the killer's grandfather. It had been there all along - twenty some years. The killer had lived there with his grandfather, and the house was searched when he was considered the prime suspect, but the garage wasn't searched.
In this case, the killer was pressed for time, and thought of the first, easiest, and least time-consuming solution. Going out to sea to dump a body would involve a boat, more people, and would leave more potential evidence. Scenario 1: Joran's Dad picked him up at the beach with the SUV, placed Natalee's body in the back of the SUV, and took it to the quarry for a fast, and non-visible solution to the problem at hand. Scenario 2: Joran and Natalee were taken by to the Van der Sloot home, and the tragedy occurred there. Then, the Dad helped Joran place her in the SUV, and took her to the quarry for an easy answer (they thought). They may have even remembered that a body once thought to be in the quarry was not discovered until 10 years later. They most likely thought the body would never be found, or if found, it would be so many years from now that all evidence would be gone. I have prayed every day for Natalee and her family. I pray they will be given the strength they need to see this tragedy through.

it wasn' Greta who walked around this quarry, it was Alan Colmes with that fellow Patrick from the Grand Cayman Islands who's been helping the Holloway family, also on his own time and dime.....
and you don't have to be a police officer or detective to know that quarry should have been one of the first places dredged once Joran was a suspect

I remember seeing them searh that area and a guy was in a small boat with this big long pole going through the water. When I was watching Nancy Grace she said why aren't there divers in that water looking. She was quite puzzled by that.

well folks...
I thought this would come to an end last night...looks like they are getting closer to completing this.
If she is found, the VDS's are cooked. Their lies will then shift to "It was an accident....I never should have tried to cover it up....she died by accident. We were scared and didn't know what to do." My guess is that Papa VDS has already coached them once the body is found.
He's a juvenile, they let him walk.
The Aruban authorities/LE have been so lame. I was very critical on blogs within days of the disappearance that this was a classic cover-up.
You want to get to the bottom of things, you arrest them quick, you interrogate for hours throwing rapid fire questions. You bring in evidence. You arrest dad. You hit them immediately with a barrage of more stuff. The human mind can't handle the barrage and has not had time to craft explanations for everything. They panic. You catch them in more and more lies until they point fingers and confess.
Instead, they let these guys walk for 10 days. Allowing them to carefully craft their way out of this. Yeah right they "shadowed" them.
The most results and confessions are received by blasting perpetrators with a barrage immediately.

where are the updates? does anyone know why you cannot blog on scaredmonkeys? it would be great to know what the search of the "quary" has turned up? if she is not found today or within the end of the three suspects current holding period, odd on are that NH is gonna become another amy bradley. the three suspects will ride out their detention period and skate. under dutch law, can a suspect be tried for murder if a body is found in the future? say if a body is found after the 116 day holding period...

This hit by the dogs could be something else. Don't get to sure of ourselves here. Someone could have been done in by the bad guys there on the island and dumped in the area. Why would Joran or his friends dump her body at or near his home when the ocean is a greater, deeper and much more of an endless watery grave. Hey, get out far enough and you can catch a current and the body could be halfway to where ever in one months time. We all want and end to this and thank goodness that the team from Texas is in to help everyone out. Let us pray there is closure soon for the family and us all.

I sincerely hope there is another explanation for Natalee's disappearance than drinking/drugs then rape and murder. But if indeed that is what happened and Joran is the one who did it...give him to her mama! I get sick and tired of men doing things like this. (No offense to the good men out there)
