A report below appears to have been sourced from a military public information document from the 42nd Infantry Division out of Iraq - here. Given the content and source of the report, it's likely meant to read Aquba Police - or the reference is to something other than the police force on the caribbean island of Aruba.
Aruba Police rescue kidnapped sisters
KIRKUK, Iraq – Aruba police successfully rescued two sisters, the victims of a kidnapping, on May 14. Police received information about the kidnapping and conducted a search of the area.
Police located the women unharmed and took three men, including a brother of the women, into custody. Police charged two men with kidnapping, while the brother of the women faces kidnapping and murder charges. Police accuse him of killing his brother before taking his sisters hostage. Detainee requests doctor, receives treatment
Update: A reader writes that there is a town in Iraq named Aruba to which the 42ID report was referring.
Update2: A reader comments - "Fox only started pronouncing Van Der Sloot [Sloat] correctly a few days ago." -- A Dutch reader sent me a note with the correct pronounciations of v d Sloot 7 - 10 days ago, which I gave to a Fox producer - likely others also did the same. But I did notice the difference the next day. I also sent them this link which they told me they had translated and it helped flesh out his status as a "Judge." cough-cough!
One of Geraldo's big deals this weekend was pronouncing the elder v d Sloot a "failed" judge. He even used the Justice Minister to seemingly deliver the news. All he had to do was read here ... about two weeks ago. In all fairness, he does have to pay for that mustache wax.

there is a city in Iraq which is called Ba'Aquba

Copy of text from FoxNews: "They never had any information like: she could be in this place or that area," FBI spokeswoman Judy Orihuela said. "That target would have come from the investigation of Aruban authorities because we can't investigate in a foreign country."
The decision not to dive was "bizarre," said Joe Huston, a rescue diver with Dickinson-based Texas EquuSearch. The volunteer group began a new search in Aruba on Saturday that included divers and sonar equipment.
"If her body was put in the ocean, there's a good chance now she'll never be found," Huston said.
From C: - Obviously a police coverup - maybe even the police chief is involved. But if petersons wife survived 3 months in the ocean, maybe Natalee can too.

It was colder where Lacy's body was (December time frame, right?)then where Natalee's could be..-just a thought
