Polygraphs aren't admissable in US courts either, but that doesn't mean you can't use them in the investigation! Many suspects are cleared because they submit and PASS polygraphs. Just because you can't use them in court doesn't mean you should not try them at all!

Aruba is only 12 miles from venezuela. van der sloot's daddy is a judge in training. Does anyone out there believe we should give any person in aruba the benefit of the doubt? If so, then I trust you must believe the information available in this case is sufficient, and that donnie brasco was a keystone cop. It is fascinating to witness how far off-point people can go. At first, there were character assanations between Aruba, and the US. Now, the insults have hit home with insults about people in the South, etc...

These accussations have absolutely no bearing on reality. If this is what these "Blogs" are all about, then they should be canned now.

The issue, as I understand, pertains exclusively to the resolution of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Many people are writing here, and insulting each other, but no one can offer any constructive suggestion on how to resolve this matter. In my opinion, unless anyone can recommend a strategy that may help find Natalee, you are wasting your time.

I've strived to keep an eye on the center of this investigation, in the hope it will lead to a resolution of this debacle.

Let's face reality: Natalee didn't stand a chance that night. Joran Van Der Sloot wanted to add her to his long list of conquests. It appears there were many accessories to this crime: the Depoe brothers, and possibly the bartenders at Carlos N' Charlies who spiked her drinks. No Chaperone on the face of this earth could protect anyone from this sort of set-up. Now, it appears there was a fourth suspect, the DJ, who may have conspired against Natalee. No one, and I mean No One, would stand a chance under these circumstances.

If the Arubans are making fools of us here in the US, then we have good reason to feel irate. On another site I've researched, one participant basically provided direct hints as to where Natalee's body could be found.

At first, I encouraged this individual to continue talking, as it seemed she had important information, Then, it appeared she was playing with everyone, and that is a disgrace. We are trying to solve a crime. If the people in Aruba know what has happened to Natalee Holloway, then they should speak up. If they do know, and choose not to help, then there economy should be punished ruthlessly. The people in the islands are very smart when it comes to American dollars. I think they should begin to use their "smarts" regarding American dollars to their benefit or they stand to lose a fortune in revenue. And, suffice it to say, these hardline stances are presently being assumed due to the behavior of Joran Van Der Sloot, Deepak Depoe, and Satish Depoe. These people live in Aruba.

To the people of Aruba I send this message: Your very own have delivered these problems to you. The problem originated in Aruba, and remains in Aruba. DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT, have the audacity to blame anyone in the US.

Focus your wrath, and animosity to where it belongs: the people currently held in custody over the Natalee Holloway mystery.

You stand to lose the revenue, and much more.

The problem began in Aruba, and the problem remains in Aruba.

Is it me, or am I just not getting it? Does Arubian Law change with each individual group of people depending on who they are or what color they are? The way they are detained or if they are detained at all? Aren't they all just classified as witnesses?

He told Fox reporter:

He says yes, of course. We are going in a group of 2 ladies, 3

gentlemen. One gentlemen knows a person who knows how to deal with

drugs (not from Aruba) maybe from Venezuela or Columbia. The plan was

to drive Natalee to columbia, but the latest news we have right now is

that because the plan has failed 3 times already, they may try to

reach Columbia before Venezuela.
She asked what kind of condition he thinks she is in.
He says that the police have their investigation going on, the press

does too. We are going to all steps we can, we have put together a

group to follow a car that we think are involved in this. We are

working on a tip. Have not notified her family, we are working with

the police.

I think I would skip the pool and position myself right next to the door of where 40 (there's that number again, folks!) students are doing something that they're not supposed to do back in Alabama.

This Aruba Govt sounds like the dixie mafia racists of mississippi and Alabama's George Wallace. My guess is paul van der sloot is the george wallace of aruba. just look how those 2 black innocent unemployed security guards were framed? to me, that was today's version of a fire hose, if not a media lynching. Aruba is corrupt and its high time we ignore the beauty of the island and focus on the character of its people.

I lived in Mt. Brook for many years then moved to Florida for 4 years then back to Mt. Brook. While in Florida I saw it everyday in the papers, TV and first hand...Corruption, corruption, corruption...Jeb Bush called in the FDLE to handle cases daily in
Miami, WPB, Orlando, the list goes on and on..I personally worked on a case involving a CULT church in the process of taking over a Miami neighborhood..and the cult was from Jamica. Come to find out they have national headquarters in Chicago...

One day my mothers next door neighbor was arrested smuggling drugs by boat into Jupiter, Florida located in Palm Beach Co...and she lives in an upscale 55 Plus Senior Citizen Condo...the druglord had bought the condo next door to my mother for his mother to live in...it was only after he was arrested that we found out he was a Druglord...from all of my experience and the events I am familiar with
from Florida...I recognize corruption and have noticed a famliar pattern with Natalee's case.

My opinion of Aruba is not good at this moment.
I am convience if it were not for Fox News,
Rhiel's World, the Scared Money and all of the people around the world on Arubia's case that this case would have just become DUST IN THE WIND..

Everyone hopes Natalee is still alive. She was just beautiful.

Unfortunately, it is difficult at this point, to place much credence in stories about being in cars belonging to drug lords, etc....

There is nothing I want more than to know Natalee is alive. With all of the lies being told to this point, it is difficult to take the leap of faith and conclude she is still with us.

It matters little what Joran's mother or father fondly recall about him: at the present time he is being held as a criminal. Somewhere along the line, the parents have failed miserably.

Little is known about the Depoe brothers, but the same holds true with them. With all of the pictures Ive seen on different sites, it appears that Joran had both brothers under his spell.

The government in Aruba may be scrambling to protect their image, as well as that of the Van Der Sloot family, but all of the perceptions and images we have to date point to the fact Joran Van Der Sloot is a seventeen year criminal.

I think for now, we need to resolve this mystery. And, there are billions in revenues at stake for Aruba. If this drags on pointlessly in the next week, then it is time to petition the State Department and the US Ambassador to Aruba to put the squeeze on.

I have sympathy for Natalee's family. I have none for Joran Van Der Sloot, or his family.

These people know the truth about Natalee, and they are hiding it. By normal standards, if Natalee were still alive, these misanthropes would've cooperated with authorities and told them where she is.

I wish I could believe the stories that she is still alive. I really do. Any decent human being would've told where to find her by now, with the majority of the free world watching.

I do know this...radio talk show hosts in Birmingham, Alabama are launching a massive BOYCOTT ARUBA campaign..its been in the works now for about a week.

I know that most of you are not seeing the local TV broadcasts coming out of Birmingham...but I do want you to know that the Governor of Alabama
went to Aruba to see Natalee's family...and all of our congress and senate members are backing
them 100 percent. They have made numerous calls
to prompt political help in locating Natalee. They have made themselves available to the family at anytime.
I have heard that even Washington politicians are
now also involved because they are alarmed at how Aruba has been handling the search and interrogation of suspects. Some international laws may also have been violated.
