great-thanks Linda

Civilian- Yeah, I thought the panty guy was suspicious to begin with. Most people did. And there he is in a photo with one of the brothers. Interesting. Thanks.

Hi,

I have appreciated reading your updates on Natalee.

Ihave wondered all along if those boys had access to a boat, anchors, rope etc., if Natalee has been put in the ocean. Since the latest arrest of Steve, who may have access to all of the above???

Just another possibility!

Bye for now,
Helen

Wow. What happened to your on our last post? Specifically, the last couple of paragraphs:

“When this confusing and tragic incident is over, I'll likely make a post on some of my behind the scenes interactions with members of the main stream media. I encountered little if any "us versus them" when it cam to blogs and the MSM. They have nothing to fear from bloggers and everything to gain, in my opinion. And a blogger wishing to do anything relevant when it comes to major events and political happenings, couldn't exist without big media. Hopefully one day there will be a broader and more productive partnership than there is today.
Both good reporters and good bloggers are each pursuing the same goal - truth supported by the facts. That's a very good reason to find a way to co-operate more.”
The bloggers are succeeding because they are NOT mainstream media! Thank God we have more choices now than the six o’clock news CBS, NBC, ABC and CNN! The Dan Rather, Walter Cronkite and Bryant Gumble days are over. Days when Americans were spoonfed the network’s biased, leftist agendas as well as personal agendas of the anchor person delivering the news are coming to an end – in part thanks to the bloggers. The bloggers are fleeing MSM. How can you say that bloggers cannot exist without them? It sounds like you are lobbying for their support or seeking their acceptance. Dan, they (MSM) are not your readers.

I prefer Fox News over CNN but they are far from fair and balanced.. and honestly I don't see how they get away with that advertisement. Any other product out there would be sued for false advertising. They are media just like all the other media in the US and owned by the same group of people that own all media. Propaganda is all we will ever get from MSM.

Fox has its own agenda which is to keep everyone busy watching the next sensational case and playing it up for all of its worth, so serious issues that affect every citizen like the economy and jobs, voter fraud, rising health care costs, and invasion by illegal aliens are pushed out-of-mind. For things that need to be addressed by everyone, you will have to watch Lou Dobbs, Keith Olbermann, or Ron Reagan. I never watch Fox unless I want to see some Republican propaganda or how they keep the right-wing agenda shoved down our throats.

LOL, MominTN. Compare the US economy to western Europe and tell me how bad it is (g).

Voter Fraud?? Michael Moore spent a bunch of money trying to find voter fraud and couldn't find anything. I guess it's out there, right?

I'm not even a Fox news viewer or Republican (though i did vote for Bush), it amazes me how folks can get so completely hoodwinked into thinking the US is a terrible place just because someone they don't like is president.

Congratulations on your upcoming apperance on Fox News. I find Fox gives both sides of the story at times. All reporter have their own styles and way of telling the story. Dan says what he hears but says unconfirmed. He tries to make sure whats posted on here, that comes from him is correct. I like that style.

Fox is the modern equivalent to the SA; a mudslinging character assassination squad.
Masha.

Dutchiss, Your English isn't so bad, it's your "thinking" that's remiss. Thinking, in the true sense of the word, is coming to an opinion through the deliberation of facts. You are simply "wishing". Wishing for a solution that will not incriminate Dutchboy. Those of us who have followed this sad case and have managed to sort through some of the garbled information coming out of Aruba have gleaned some irrefutable facts. Van der Slut was the last person seen with Natalee. She had an appearance of having been slipped a date-rape drug (heavy eyes). The Aruban police, unless you've had your head in the sand for the past three weeks, have done an excellent job of someone trying to do a "cover-up. At least two of the suspects have connections to the Aruban legal structure. Dutchboy's daddy is a judge (in training) and Croes grandfather, according to some sources, is the grandson of a police officer. Now, the obvious conclusions that a thinking person comes to have no resemblance to your totally unsubstantiated fantasies. BTW, I don't know if you intentionally meant to misspell your name, but in English it's Dutchess.

sorry how do u know whe had sleepy eyes??

My wish is that there was no murder.

Fox is a right-slanted, often sensationalistic news outlet. Most of us are under no illusion of this but love them anyway.

I've heard ABC news reports that were worded in such a way to make my teeth clench. To say they're not slanted is a bunch of crap. It is nice to finally have an outlet that caters to my demographic.

If you don't like Fox, instead of railing against it, may I heartily recommend getting your news from PBS, ABC, CBS, CNN or the New York Times?

Is there anymore news out there on the investigation in Aruba?

Good luck tonight, Dan!

I think the important issue in the bit of article that I posted has NOTHING to do with the chemical and everything to do with Fox's assertion that there is no legal requirement for them to report the truth and the Florida supreme court agreed. (On another note consuming any animal that has been chemically enhanced is stupid. People who do it...grow big boob.)

"Fox fought the verdict claiming that there are no written rules against lying or distorting the news and they argued that under the First Amendment, broadcasters have the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports. In February of 2003 the Florida Second District Court of Appeals overturned the settlement awarded to Akre. The Court ruled that Akre did not qualify for Florida’s whistle blower statute because it states that an employer must violate an adopted “law, rule, or regulation,” and in an incomprehensible and narrow interpretation of FCC rules, the Florida Appeals Court claimed that the FCC policy against falsifying the news is simply policy and not the law, and therefore it is up to the individual station to decide whether or not it wants to report the news honestly.

FOX, who’s motto is “fair and balanced,” doesn’t think that the American people deserve and or want the truth, and they feel they have the right to lie to us unchallenged whenever they please. The most horrifying part is that FOX was not alone in their challenge. Five other major media outlets filed briefs as “Amici Curiae” or friends of the defendant, to support FOX’s position that they had the right to lie in their broadcasts. Those five were Belo Corporation, Cox Television, Inc., Gannett Co., Inc., Media General Operations, Inc., and Post-Newsweek Stations, Inc.

That’s right, a Florida Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with an assertion by FOX News and their Amici Curiae that there are no rules or laws against the media distorting or falsifying the news in the United States."

Pandering to MSM, degrades your credibility.

I have got more info. on this blog than msm. The postings also are very interesting. As for Fox news, I finally watched it a couple of nights ago when Greta went to Carlos and Charlies, interesting. eh.

This and Scared Monkeys have way more info than Fox or any MSM source. I find most of the news on Fox is something I have already read on the net. They should admire you not the other way around. Besides O"rielly and Geraldo are idiots!!!!!!!!!

geraldo is an idiot. Any more news from the island?

anyone supports my theory

I think the are all involved in a drugs smuggeling scam.

I think they used Joran to seduce her and convince her to smuggel drugs. For a sum of money.
Who is going to check group graduates coming from there vacation.
She consumed small bags of cocaine. To take allong to the U.S. One of the bags broke aand they all panicked.

Why I think that ?

First every week smuggelers are caught in aruba who have cocaine in their bellies

Second, many students of international school of aruba afterwards study in the united states so their is someone to recieve it.

Thirdly in my country lots rich kids consume cocaine,Or are involved in drugs.I asume it is the same for other developed countries. so that is not strange.

Four. When the bags broke they all panicked. And there was an urge to detoxicate her.So who to call on a disc jockey. Good disc jockeys know everyone. That explains the involvement of the d.j. if not he might be the suplier as well .

Five they took her to a place to detoxicate her , to a boat a house.

six still there was no body found , which scrupelous criminal is going to to dump a body full of cocaine.

seven they decided to stay low , that explains the case why there are rumours that she still is alive , and heave her afloat within a few days. But there was to much media attention.

I love these "do your homework" rants, where the writer doesn't just disagree with you, he disagrees because he has taken the trouble to know what he is talking about and you haven't. Soon as I see those 3 magic words, I'm rooting for the other guy. Dan - my favorite network is whatever one you're on. Good luck.

From what people have described about her...doesn't look like she would be up for this kind of a scandal. Who knows though...

Civilian-

I am a little confused about the pics you posted. The first one seems to compare the guy in the ski cap (?) to the guy that they interviewed who found the girl's underwear in the Marriott search. Am I remembering the search guys face correctly? The second picture then links the ski cap guy (who resembles the panty finder) to one of the Kalpoe brothers? Am I reading into this correctly? So, what you are trying to say is that somehow the boy that found what they thought was evidence is actually a friend of the suspects? I saw that ski cap guy was also placed side by side with a pic of croes. Don't think it is the same person though. Please clarify.

Dutchiss - Funny no one caught my "typo" before. I just re-read my entry and it should say "Duchess".

TURN FOX ON RIGHT NOW. 9:00 PM FOX "NEWS" CHANNEL
DAN IS GOING TO BE ON TV.
