Disappointing Development

I just saw this at ScaredMonkeys.

Kalpoe Family Denied Texas Equusearch From Searching Around Their House

A great deal of information comes to RWV, most of which, to be honest, I cannot simply pass along and inundate certain individuals I speak with in Aruba.

One reasonably solid bit of information I did discuss with some others was a report that the Kalpoe brothers were seen washing their car very thoroughly in what was said to be an unusual location near their home. This alleged activity was also reported to have been witnessed by an additional party, as well.

An initial on site check by another individual seemed to confirm that from the looks of some very specific observations made at the location, this bit of information could be accurate and potentially worthwhile.

After other discussions with yet a different individual closer to, but not directly involved with the search itself, it was reported back to me that everyone in the chain agreed that this particular search would be attempted with the dogs.

It seems that didn't happen. What is it, I wonder, that some might have to hide? Or are private property issues simply that sacrosanct to the Kalpoes?

Would you deny such a seemingly harmless endeavor to a group of people searching for a lost girl if you had nothing to hide?

One reason, other than guilt, the K might not want people on their property is when the VDS family had media in next thing they are bashed and abused for sweating. I mean, these people are now likely worried everything they do might have something read into it and they end up at jail for a few days sleeping on a cement bed. If there is reason to believe, this country, there are search warrants. So, it doesn't mean we are guilty in America if we don't let people on the property. That does not mean guilt but maybe they think Americans could plant something on their property, like OJ claimed they threw a glove in his yard????????

I liked how the gov't spokesperson said lastnight somethimg to the effect of "there is sovreignty, there is no way that another entity can come in and TAKE over the investigation, they can help, but not take it over"

We don't like being told what we can and can't do Ruben. You've all f'd up this case royally. Stand ready for invasion.

Not all Aruban's are completely fluent in english (nor some Americans for that matter)...lanuage differences have mentioned before as a challenge to the investigation...even those who do speak english may use or interpt words somewhat differently.

Kalpoe Family like most of the Aruba’s associated with this case as suspects are not individuals that can be trusted…

These individuals do not treat humans with respect their children are liars their family is afraid they may be complicity that may be extend to their property.

Ms. NH mother has as a great deal of strength to be in a country that has such individual, with these negative personal traits and low character.

In an interview on local radio Mrs. Kalpoe stated (late thursday morning!) that when Equsearch wanted to search they asked her permission to search a part of land that's not theirs. Therefore she could not give permission and that this was part of the misunderstanding.

Equusearch is running out of time. Some of their volunteers have already had to pull out. van der Straaten is misdirecting the Dutch Marines, so that they are STILL not available to assist Equusearch. The cover-up continues.

The boys will walk.

It is time to consider the cold-case review.

What is the Dutch equivalent of internal affairs? Anybody know?

the supposed email from Deepak he stated that he when NH friends told her to get of the car he stopped and said "Natalee you can get out if you want to" -- in his mom's interview she said satish nor deepak even knew here name that she hadn't even introduced herself.....that is a little fishy

But then I hear that NH had lost "lots" of her dad's money at the casino, and that the boy was trying to win the money back for her, and that she was calling him her lucky charm.

Good post PT, i can't say i would let them on my property either. This probably sounds silly, but if i were anyone living on that island i can't say i would let some American Renegade (Greta) and her camera guys onto my property or in my house. When you go to another country you have to follow their rules and if something happens you have to let them handle the case. American CANNOT come in and solve it for them, they don't want our help.. And if you guys think that Americans are the only people who go to Aruba and by us not going we are going to ruin their contry, you are way off. If Natalies mother knows so much more than she can say why is she still complaining about what a horrible job they are doing. I can understand Mrs. Twitty being in Aruba and not leaving until they find Natalie, but maybe if the America media and Mrs. Twitty would quit trying to take over the investigation the government would have more time to investigate instead of answering their questions all the time..

I have got to say this WAR EAGLE I believe you are dead nuts, right on target. I believe this whole situation will implicate more people than one would ever want to imagine.

I only hope that Natalee is alive, however if she is alive I am concerned for her well being. No doubt there is serious damage, mentally if not physically. In any event weather alive or deceased these bastards who are guilty need to pay and pay dearly. ALL OF THEM !

Now I have one more statement or question. I have serious concerns rearding the competancy of the Aruban authorities, I personally don't believe that they want to solve this mystery. I believe right along with War Eagle, too much big money and drugs and slavery involved.

Why, my question here, Why, has there not ever been a request by the family to contact for example Sylvia Browne a well known Psychic? I mean what would one have to lose? I have contacted her myself and she stated to me that she would get involved no problem and free of charge to boot, as she has been following this situation somewhat, BUT The FAMILY HAS TO REQUEST HER TO GET INVOLVED! Once this is done she would jump a plane and get there pronto and do her thing. Who knows, she might be able to shed some light on the situation. Like I asked, what do we have to lose?

Natalee had only met "the boys" referring to Deepak and Satish the night she went missing. She had met Joran earlier that day in the casino. I wonder if Joran's dad were there too at the same time Natalee was there. They said he had been gambling with Joran and had gone home early.

One comment I want to make about Anita VDS. She claims she visited Joran at the jail but there was someone always in the room with them. The policeman that Greta interviewed stated that nobody but the attorney could visit somebody in the police jail and they were always left alone.. Now who is lying here? The Kalpoe brothers' mom said she wasn't allowed to see her sons nor the Croes' mom.. Why did Anita get to visit her son sometimes twice a day? Don't tell me preferential treatment hasn't been given to the VDS's. Maybe the Aruban police don't mean for all this to be a cover up.. but by giving the VDS's preferential treatment, it sure looks that way. Why hasn't Greta questioned anybody about this?

I think that Miss Anita should be given another look by authorities. She seems way too calm with her dramatics. I think she knows just as much as her husband and I also think she would be the most likely to crack if given the right amount of pressure. Call it mother's intuition but something isn't right about her.
