First we hear that Jesse Jackson has a last minute plan. Now Fox is reporting that the Federal District Court is going to allow another appeal based upon the grounds that the State court comitted plain error by not re-examining the case in full as per the recent law enacted by Congress.
And this while the woman is laying in a hospice without having had food or liquid for 12 days??
No matter what there is gross incompetence on someone's part here - either the Schindler legal team, or the State court. Any court that even granted consideration for a review at this point should be immediately compelled to re-insert the feeding tube and re-hydrate the woman. This is utterly f^gking ridiciulous.

Right on, Dan. Now they want to review it? Unreal. I think the gravity and reality of it all is sinking in ... but wait ... I thouhght we were just applying the law. It's a joke. Like it or not, Congress intended a new trial. Fed. courts ignored it. Now ... they are saying wait a minute.
