I've noticed that tons of blogs are holding contests - everything from captions to comments, what all and back. So, I am starting one of my own for bloggers. It is the "be the blog that goes the longest without holding a contest contest".
Now, I know it gets a little dicey there, because I can't really hold a contest if I want to at least have a prayer of winning my own damn contest. And I'm not a big fan of outsourcing such things. So, it's, well, think of it as more of an "uncontest." That's it - so sign up for my "longest blog without a Contest" uncontest today. Who knows, you might unwin.
Just don't tell anyone cause, you know, I wouldn't want them to think this was really a contest or anything. So, shhhh... Let's just keep it between us.
Dan, if you're going to do this right, you need a big F-ing UGLY counter on your blog to count down the days.
Otherwise I'm not paying any attention to your silly non-contest.
