Several Blogs are picking up on this story, including N.Z. Bear, who questions the methodology used in the analysis. But, more importantly, the MSM is, yet again, entirely missing the real point. The strength and benefit of the Blogosphere is not to be found in any one blog and some great number of its individual clicks. Its impact comes from its dispersion of "clicks" over hundreds and even thousands of blogs. It is the anti-MSM - and methodologies and measures pertinent to the MSM honestly don't even apply.
To me, all the CNN story does is provide further proof that the MSM doesn't yet fully understand the nature of the blogging component of a "new" media. Big surprise.
