“Chicks-for-Gays”: Democrat anti-Chick-fil-A politicians and activists now have blood on their hands
Take this image in given everything we now seem to know of events at the Family Research Council today. The DC Center, where the suspect volunteered under David Mariner promoted a "Chicks-for-Gays" protest recently as part of the Chick-fil-A intimidation campaign.
It seems puzzling to me that prominent LGBT activist David Mariner would disconnect his Facebook connection to an individual who appears to be the Family Research Council shooting suspect, before going to Newser to make this statement: '"Mariner describes Corkins as "kind, gentle and unassuming."' In comments, Bill Hobbs claims he dropped the friendship immediately after my post went up. I have no idea.
Allegedly, that's Corkins in the picture, though it's a liberal's claim on Twitter and I can't confirm it.
But here's the real issue. Given the scant little evidence the left, Democrats and the media have repeatedly used to indict the Tea Party for any and every violent incident they can't even really link to it, it seems more than fair to say everyone from Rahm Emanuel to any and every Chik-fil-A protester now has blood on their hands.
Someone let me know when the show trials begin. I don't want to miss this one. As a Tea Party supporting conservative, it'll be nice to attend one when I'm not under indictment for a change. Or, is this when we finally begin to hear how wrong guilt by association and not even actually associated is?
The heck with that. I say we string someone up while we can! The left, Democrats and media are only going to accuse us of it for nothing again one day, any way.
Suspect in wounding of guard at Christian lobbying group had been volunteering at LGBT center
A man suspected of shooting and wounding a security guard in the lobby of a Christian lobbying group had been volunteering at a community center for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people.
David Mariner is executive director of The DC Center for the LGBT Community. He says Corkins had been volunteering at the center for about the past 6 months. Mariner describes Corkins as "kind, gentle and unassuming."

The left has really lowered the bar on what constitutes hate and bigotry. Back in the day, you had to actually, you know, hate people, and maybe even oppress them for good measure. Now all you need to do is fail to offer your full-throated support for gay marriage and you’re the moral equivalent of Bull Connor (which party did he belong to again?). Bigotry just ain’t what it used to be:

If companies are people and people vote with dollars then the destination of the restaurant’s donations are open for public debate. It very well should be an issue as to where peoples’ hard-earned money goes after the chicken goes down their gullet. This issue has made our little feathered friend the modern martyr as Chick-fil-A laughs all the way to the bank. Watch the poultry be nailed to the cross and pierced by the spear of destiny at the hands of those devious cows on my artist’s blog at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2012/08/holy-rollin-poultry-on-cross-chick-fil.html
