Obama Appeals Vinson’s Health Reform Ruling, GOP Hedges

He isn't just giving up on ObamaCare. But then, he isn't a Republican.

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration has appealed the ruling by a federal judge in Florida that the individual mandate provision of the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional and therefore the entire law is void.

The appeal was filed on Tuesday in Atlanta with the Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Via the Right Scoop, as pointed out by Mark Levin tonight (audio) – the GOP talks a good game but can't be relied upon to act when opportunities present. There are far too many Republicans just as content with running things from DC, as are the Democrats.

Levin says that Republicans are doing way too little in the way of spending and blames the leadership for being more interested in power than the future of the country. One of his big issues that he talks about is the fact that Michele Bachmann has uncovered over 100 billion that is currently being used to fund ObamaCare’s implementation, that was hidden in the ObamaCare legislation for this purpose. But instead of removing it with the recent CR (Continuing Resolution), they don’t even address it.

Today’s show was excellent…they usually are, but today he did not hold back.
I hope the squishes and the freshmen listened to him and took notes.
We won’t give you another chance…get it right the first time…that’s why we put you there.

Not surprising given Judge Vinson’s bitch slapping of the ridiculous motion obambi’s lawyers tossed up there last week!
    LOL!!

“over 100 billion that is currently being used to fund ObamaCare’s implementation”
Um, $40 billion of that extends the Children’s Health Insurance Program another two years.
A program that has enjoyed bipartisan support since the Republicans introduced in back in 1997 and has nothing to do with “Obamacare.”

  5. Baraka says:

Yeah we get it the gop is wrong.
BTW barftard go get laid and not by your inflatable blow-up doll.

Your in trouble when the only set of nuts is being displayed by a woman from Minnesota.

Complaining about something after it occurs doesn’t do us much good. Levin would probably have been happy to give her air time to urge folks to contact their elected officials about the 100 billion.

“A program that has enjoyed bipartisan support since the Republicans introduced in back in 1997 and has nothing to do with “Obamacare.”
Then why was it back-doored in a “Stimulus” spending paroxysm, instead of being passed in the daylight?
You DO understand how government works, even a little bit, right, barfo/liar/racist/coward???

  9. Ragspierre says:

    Just a thought question…
What is the party affiliation of the governors who brought the lawsuit that led to Judge Vinson’s ruling…???
