Marco Rubio’s GOP address: “This is our second chance”

This week, Marco Rubio is handed the reign of giving the republican's weekly address and he does not disappoint.

He gives a brilliant account of why America is an exceptional nation and how this past election is a rejection of Obama's policies.

It is the GOP's second chance at steering the country away from the liberal ditch and on to the road of economic recovery. A brilliant address.
