Bush: We Water-Boarded KSM, And I’d Do It, Again

A "relaxed, affable but deadly serious" on terrorism former President Bush. Meanwhile, President It's Above my Pay Grade continues to flail with the gang that couldn't shoot straight in the WH. Forget Bush, before long, we'll be missing King frickin' George at this rate.

"Yeah, we water-boarded Khalid Sheikh Mohammed," Bush said of the terrorist who master-minded the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on New York and Washington. He said that event shaped his presidency and convinced him the nation was in a war against terror.

"I'd do it again to save lives.

    The man could, and can, make a decision–and walk on to the next one without worrying about it. I doubt that he ever voted “present” in his lifetime.

    Well, except that there isn’t any evidence that waterboarding the guy saved any lives, or that waterboarding or torturing anyone saved any lives. Bush was wrong on this then and he’s still wrong now.
